The ancient cities of Phaselis (Tekirova), Chi-maera (Yanartaş, Çıralı), Olympos and the Beldi-bi Cave, the inlet of Adrasan, Ulupinar and the Beydağları National Park are the places worth seeing around Kemer.
There are many of Turkey’s most modern holiday villages of international standards in Kemer and the surrounding districts of Çamyuva, Göynük and Beldibi.
It is a new tourist resort, which has developed parallel to the development of tourism since the 1980s. It serves as a base for the surrounding natural and cultural sites. It is a favourite with the yachtsmen because of its big harbour; and it has a very lively night-life.
