It is in Deliktaş, 30 km north-east of Finike, in the south of the village of Çıralı. It was a Lycian city and became prosperous in Roman period because the city center could be reached by ships. The city, which was later under the domination of the Venetians and Genoese, was destroyed during a pirate invasion.
The necropolis, city walls, a theatre to the west, baths to the east and some structures, a palace and the castle on the rocks on the river bank can be seen at Olympos. Only the gate of the theatre, with a capacity of 3-000, stands today.
